Client Services Account Manager, London

As HOME’s new account Manager, you will have responsibility for the day to day project management of each of the campaigns on your team.

Some of the main responsibilities will involve dealing with and following up on complaints, supervising client trainings in region, reporting to clients on the campaign’s progress and KPI’s, as well as working together with our regional offices to drive and positively influence results.

As a committed and spirited leader you will look to motivate and encourage those around you to great effect whilst maintaining and building good habits.

You are likely to already have had experience of successfully engaging with members of the public as well as exceptional face-to-face presentation skills. Your ability to manage competing work loads, meet deadlines and achieve and exceed targets will be fundamental to your success.

Welcome Programme Deputy Manager, London

As HOME’s new Welcome Programme Deputy Manager you will play an integral role in supporting the Welcome Programme Manager in the day to day running of the Welcome Calling department. You will be tasked with welcoming new supporters, minimising cancellations, reactivating lapsed supporters and resolving supporter queries.

You will be given the training and support to develop as a Deputy Manager as well as administrative and communication skills. You will be dealing with a wide variety of call outcomes whilst adhering to campaign specific information. You will be part of a dedicated team and have a part to play in both the development of the Welcome Callers as well as our Fundraisers though feedback and qualitative reporting.

At HOME we want to develop the next generation of leaders. We're looking for someone who has already shown an ability to lead and motivate others. A desire to achieve and develop is the most important quality we are looking for. If you can demonstrate this we’d love to hear from you.
